Frequently asked Questions

Order before 11 pm = ship the same day within the Netherlands. In general, it is then at home the next day. This also applies to orders placed on Saturday and Sunday (until 7 p.m.). These orders are shipped on Sunday evening and delivered on Monday. DHL (parcel post) also delivers packages on Mondays.

For orders outside the Netherlands, depending on the country, the delivery time is a few working days after receipt of payment.

Returns are free within the reflection period of 14 days. You can try on and view an item as you would in a real store. Make sure an article stays really new.

All you have to do is register the return via, fill in the return form (which you will receive with the shipment), pack the returns well and stick the return address label on it (also received with your package) and hand in the package at a DHL Parcelshop. There is always one nearby.

Have you paid us shipping costs for your order, and are you returning the entire order? Then you will also receive these shipping costs back from us. Refunds will be made via the same payment method as you used to pay for your order.

Processing a returned item takes an average of one week. The legal term is 14 days. You will be kept informed by us about the processing of your return.

To order

If you want to order a specific item, click on the 'more info' button. In that screen you then have the option to enter data such as dimensions, color and number. Then click on 'order' and the item will be placed in the shopping cart.
If you want to know what is in the shopping cart during shopping, or if you want to change the content, click on 'shopping cart'. Once the order is complete, click on 'place order'. In the places intended for this purpose, you provide your e-mail address, name, billing address, delivery address and further contact details. The moment you click on the 'place order' button, the order will be placed with us. The items from the order are then immediately reserved for you and can no longer be ordered by other customers. After payment you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail with all order details.

ZusenZomer charges a small contribution of € 2.50 for the delivery of the ordered items in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Unfortunately this is not possible by default.

In principle, an order cannot be cancelled. ZusenZomer works together with a logistics partner, which means that orders are often processed immediately. Only on weekends there are options to cancel the order. If the order has not yet been processed, it may still be possible to cancel the order. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take action.

The order cancellation will be confirmed by email. If the canceled order has already been paid for, you will receive the paid amount back.

Have you changed your mind? If you want something different, please contact us as soon as possible. We can then cancel or adjust the order - if not yet processed by our warehouse.

Yes. You will receive an email of the order once it has been shipped. This e-mail contains a track & trace code from DHL. This is clickable, so that you can see where the order is located on the DHL website. Please note: this is only possible the next morning. A track & trace is also available for small packages sent by letter post (including DHL). In principle, these packages are delivered the next working day in the letterbox.

Yes. You can specify a different delivery address during the ordering process.

No, unfortunately that is not possible.
