During the checkout process, you can easily specify whether you'd like the package delivered to your home or to a different delivery address, such as your office address.
Once the package has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation, including a link to the Track & Trace code. With this, you can easily track the package yourself. If you are not home at the time of delivery, DHL will attempt to deliver your package again the next business day or on Saturday. If your package cannot be delivered on the second attempt, you will receive a notification from DHL, indicating where you can collect your package. This way, you don’t need to stay at home specifically for the delivery and can still receive your package quickly!
* For certain light hamam towels, letter mail applies. This depends on the type/size and usually applies to a maximum of one hamam towel (this is mentioned on the product page). Shipment is always done with track and trace.
