All about shipping

For the Netherlands

Every order placed before 23:00 will be shipped the same day. On Fridays, this is until 22:00. If you place your order over the weekend, it will be shipped on Monday. All orders, both letter mail and parcel mail, are delivered via DHL or PostNL.

For Belgium

Every order placed before 20:30 on weekdays will be shipped the same day via Bpost. For orders placed over the weekend, the standard delivery day is Tuesday.

Note: At ZusenZomer, you can also choose from other delivery times!

The delivery time for outside the Netherlands is 1 to 7 days, depending on the country. All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in the Netherlands.

ZusenZomer charges a small fee of € 3,95 for delivery of ordered items in the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders (within the Netherlands and Belgium) from € 50,- shipping is free.

With every shipment you will receive a track&trace code in the shipping confirmation. With this track&trace code you can follow the shipment. This code is active the morning after the shipment. Via multiple emails from our warehouse (Monta) you will be kept informed about the delivery. Occasionally it happens that the carrier does not deliver the next day.

We deliver our products across Europe. Depending on your location, you can choose from various delivery options and carriers to receive your order quickly and reliably.

In the Netherlands and Belgium, we offer multiple shipping options, including fast delivery via PostNL and DPD. For orders in Germany, France, and other European countries, you can select delivery through reliable partners like DHL and UPS, depending on your preferred speed and convenience. We also deliver to other countries within Europe, such as Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom, always with an option that best suits your need for speed and service.

Very unfortunate! Unfortunately, this does happen sometimes. Please contact us directly, and we will ensure that an investigation is initiated. If this takes too long or the package is lost, we will send the package again!!!

Unfortunately, that is not possible. The delivery procedures with our carriers are strictly organized. You can certainly leave a note for the delivery person, but we cannot guarantee that it will work. However, you can indicate when you would like to receive it or where you would like to pick it up when placing the order. That helps a lot!
