All about returning your order

Have you received your order and would like to return it for any reason? That is absolutely no problem. We like to keep things simple. You can easily return your order within 30 days of receiving it. To avoid unnecessary paper waste, we do not include a packing slip or return form with your order. No worries – all you need to return your order is your order number and email address. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received from us. The number always starts with NL. Please register your return online via the button below.

If you would like to return items, please follow these 4 simple steps of the return process:

Register

Using the button above, you can register your return. Choose your preferred carrier and the nearest service point. After paying the return costs online, you will immediately see the return label on your screen and receive it by email. Simply show it on your phone at the service point and they will print the return label for you.

Pack you parcel

The items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and undamaged. Please fold them neatly and place them in the original packaging – this greatly helps our return process.

Please make sure the parcel is properly packed and that the old shipping label is no longer visible or readable.

Shipment

Drop off your parcel at the selected service point chosen during the return registration.

Please keep your proof of shipment and track your return using the Track & Trace code. You will find this code in the email you receive after registering your return.

Refund

After receiving your return, we will refund the total amount of the returned items to your account within the statutory period of 14 days (including the shipping costs if the entire order is returned). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
