All about returning your order

   Then enter your order number and email address. Choose your preferred carrier and the nearest drop-off point. After completing the online payment for the return costs, your return label will appear on the screen and will also be sent to your email. Simply show the label on your mobile phone at the drop-off point. In most cases, no printer is needed.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition and undamaged. If possible, include the original packing slip. Please make sure the parcel is properly packed.
3. You can hand in the parcel at the selected drop-off point chosen during your return registration. Keep your proof of shipment.
4. You can track your return shipment via the track & trace code provided in the email you received after registering your return.
5. After receiving your return, we will refund the total amount of the returned items (including shipping costs if the entire order is returned) to your account within the legal period of 14 days. You will receive a confirmation as soon as the refund has been processed.

We ask for a small contribution to the return shipping costs because we believe that returns can also be handled in a more conscious and sustainable way. The cost is €4.95 per parcel for all returns within the Netherlands and Belgium. For Germany the cost is €5.95 per parcel. You pay this amount when registering your return online on our website.

Pack the return items in the same shipping bag/box (if still usable) or in another outer box to prevent damage in transit.

Keep your proof of shipment in connection with the possible loss of the package.

Excluded from returns are:

Items that have been damaged or used.

Items purchased other than through ZusenZomer.

ZusenZomer reserves the right to refuse returns or to credit only a portion of the invoice amount if the product has already been used or damaged.

Unfortunately, this is only possible by returning the article to be exchanged For this, the above procedure applies. You can then order the new article in the shop. Once ZusenZomer has received the item to be exchanged, we will refund the purchase price of the article in question.
