All about ordering

At ZusenZomer, anyone can easily and quickly place an order without necessarily having to create an account beforehand. Personal information and online payments are processed in a secure environment. Our website always displays up-to-date information, such as stock levels, and prices include VAT. If you want to order a specific item, simply click on the photo. In the next screen, you'll have the option to enter details such as size, color, and quantity. Then click 'order' to add the item to your shopping cart. If you'd like to review or modify the contents of your cart while shopping, click on ‘shopping cart’. Once your order is complete, click ‘checkout’. On the designated pages, provide your email address, name, billing address, shipping address, and other contact details. Once you click the ‘place order’ button, your order will be confirmed. The items in the order will then be reserved exclusively for you and cannot be purchased by other customers. After completing your order, a confirmation email with your order details will be automatically sent to you. You will then also receive updates regarding the delivery of your order from our warehouse.

ZusenZomer charges a small fee of € 5,95 for delivery of ordered items in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Unfortunately, this is not possible by default.

In principle, an order cannot be cancelled. ZusenZomer works with a logistics partner, which means that orders are often processed immediately. Only on weekends there are possibilities to cancel the order. If the order has not yet been processed, it may still be possible to cancel the order. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take action.

The order cancellation will be confirmed by e-mail. If the cancelled order has already been paid for, you will receive a refund of the amount paid.

Have you changed your mind? If you do want something different, please contact us as soon as possible. We can then cancel or still adjust the order - if not yet processed by our warehouse.

Yes. You will receive an email of the order once it has been shipped. In this e-mail is a track&trace code the carrier. This is clickable, so you can see where the order is on the carrier's website. Please note that this can only be done the next morning. A track&trace is also available for small parcels sent via letter mail. In principle, these packages are delivered to your mailbox the next working day.

Yes. During the ordering process, you can specify a different delivery address. You can also choose a DHL or PostNL ServicePoint near you.

No, unfortunately you can't.

You can, however, order a digital gift certificate from us.
