ZusenZomer is a fast-growing and vibrant company that thrives on sun, sea, beach, and good energy. It was founded in 2009 by two sisters, Martine and Petra, both with a passion and love for the collection. We sell our two brands – ZusenZomer and SooBluu – not only through our webshops, but we also supply them to approximately 200 stores both domestically and internationally.

Job Description:
As an Internal Sales Representative at ZusenZomer, you are responsible for various tasks in customer service, order management, and administrative work. You will work half days. Working hours are flexible and by arrangement.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Customer service for our brands SooBluu and ZusenZomer: answering customer questions via phone, email, and chat.
- Order processing and administrative tasks: processing orders, invoicing, and maintaining customer data.
- Order management for business customers: managing business accounts, processing large orders, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Using Shopify for managing our webshops and orders.
- Contributing to the company's growth with an entrepreneurial and proactive attitude.
Job requirements:
- You have at least an MBO-level (preferably HBO) of thinking and working – sharp, independent, and with a healthy dose of curiosity.
- Affinity with our brands and a feel for lifestyle, design, and fashion.
- Experience with Shopify, Exact, Klaviyo, and Canva is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently.
- Residing in the Amsterdam, Zaandam, and Monnickendam/Edam area.
