ZusenZomer is a growing company specializing in the sale of products under the brands SooBluu and ZusenZomer. Given the significant growth in both the number of sales points domestically and internationally, as well as our online sales, we are immediately looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Inside Sales Representative. You will work closely with the two owners (sisters). We are located in a very nice spot in a beautiful office on the Hembrug terrain in Zaandam.

What does the position entail?

As an Inside Sales Representative at ZusenZomer, you will be responsible for various tasks in the areas of customer service, order management, and administrative work. You will work half days. We are thinking of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, on a part-time basis. Other hours can also be discussed.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Customer service for our brands SooBluu and ZusenZomer: This includes answering customer questions via phone, email, and chat. For both business and private customers.
  • Order management for private customers.
  • Order management for business customers: managing business accounts, processing large orders, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Using Shopify for managing our webshops and orders.
  • Contributing to the growth of the company through an entrepreneurial and proactive attitude.
  • Administrative tasks in our accounting system Exact.

Desired candidate profile:

  • Minimum MBO (secondary vocational education). Preferably also HBO (higher professional education) thinking level.
  • Proficient with software. Think of experience with Shopify; Exact, Canva; Hubspot and Microsoft Teams.
  • Some experience in a similar position is desired. 
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and proactive approach. Able to identify processes that can be improved and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work independently.
  • Living in the Zaandam, Zaanstreek, Waterland or Broek in Waterland area is a plus.
