Placing a pre-order at ZusenZomer
ZusenZomer is extremely popular, and our products are sold out very quickly, time and time again. That’s why we now offer you the opportunity to place pre-orders so you won’t miss out on your favorite items. At ZusenZomer, pre-orders can only be placed for products that we are certain will be back in stock within less than 8 weeks.
Here you’ll find all the information you need to place a pre-order and what to expect from the pre-order process.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order you place for a product that is currently out of stock but will be available again within a certain period. This gives you the certainty that you will receive the desired product as soon as it is back in stock.
How does payment work?
For pre-orders, we require upfront payment. This allows us to guarantee the production and delivery of your product.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your pre-order.
What is the delivery time for my pre-order?
Although we do our best to meet the estimated delivery time, it may happen that there is a delay in the production or shipping process. Should this occur, we will keep you informed about the status of your order. You will receive an email with the expected new shipping date as soon as we have more information. If you wish to cancel the order, you can always do so and receive a full refund.
What happens if I also order items that are in stock?
The entire shipment will be delayed if you have ordered a pre-order item in your order. In this case, the total order will be delivered once the pre-order item is back in stock. If you don’t want this, you will need to place two separate orders.
How will you keep me informed?
If there are delays or other changes in the status of your pre-order, we will proactively inform you. You can count on us to regularly update you so that you’ll know exactly when to expect your order.
Can I cancel the order and get my money back?
The answer to both questions is YES. If you decide to cancel your pre-order, you can do so by sending us an email at info@zusenzomer.com. We will refund the full amount immediately, so you’ll get your money back as soon as possible.
